"The Way Home" was inspired by the winding waterways leading us home after sailing around Vancouver Island. We faced rain, huge waves, and strong winds on our journey but when the sun broke through, and the sea calmed down, it was truly beautiful.

"On Top of it All" shows sailboats on the horizon giving the impression of being on top of it all. Inspired by Japanese scroll paintings, I defy traditional perspective, inviting the viewer to read the painting from top to bottom.

"Playful Waters" shows a fleet of sailboats gliding along the horizon, riding the rhythm of the deep waters. Their ultimate destination matters less; it's the journey itself that holds the true significance.

"Returning" is a lively painting with two significant themes. First, it signifies returning to a place we've been before. Second, it represents a return to one's artistic essence—the style that keeps calling us back.

"Shades of the Sea" captures the ocean's surface on a calm day, showcasing its myriad hues and tones. The painting has a lot of texture beckoning the viewer to look closer.

"Deja Vu" captures a timeless moment—a lone sailboat gracefully cresting the horizon on a serene, sun-drenched day.

"Somewhere In Between" is an artistic journey that delves into the intricate dance of water. I interplayed blues and greens, to capture the essence of fluidity and movement on a grand scale.

"Break" was inspired from sailing around Vancouver Island. The journey unfolded with beautiful vistas and the mesmerizing ocean swells breaking over rugged reefs.

"Solidarity" conveys the camaraderie found on the ocean, where three sails share the vast expanse as they journey together.

Sailing through the gap on a cloud filled day is one of life's simple pleasures to me. Feeling small among mother nature's elements commands my deepest respect. This painting has my signature texture and subject matter and comes in a contemporary white metal frame.
