I spy with my little eye

As I sail past the cliffs of Valdez and Galiano islands I sketch madly the shapes I see. When I get back to my studio I construct my abstracts, putting them back together in an imaginary scape. Sailboats, eyes, people, symbols, numbers, flowers and foliage all intermingle creating intrigue and discovery. The painting extends around all sides so no framing needed.
